Customer Reviews
Great products, but shipping was a bit slow
I was really excited to try some things from HeldenPilz GmbH, especially the Geschenkset Darmgesundheit. Ordering was straightforward, and I appreciated seeing the automatic free shipping applied since my order was over 49 Euros. The items arrived well-packaged and the quality of the products, particularly the Natto Starter, seems excellent, aligning with what I'd expect from a Natural Bio-Store like Fairment or Kombuchaery. My only small nitpick is that delivery took about 8 business days, which felt a little long compared to other online stores. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and the product quality.
Great find for fermenting!
Has anyone else checked out HeldenPilz GmbH? I was looking for some Stoffabdeckungen fรผr Glรคser for my homemade ferments and stumbled upon them. Their Fermentations-Set fรผr Anfรคnger also looked super tempting. The shipping costs were totally reasonable, and I actually hit the 49 Euro for free shipping without even trying too hard after adding a few extra things. It's nice that they apply that automatically, no need for a Gutscheincode for shipping. Definitely a solid place to get your fermentation supplies without breaking the bank.
Reliable starter cultures
I purchased the Tempeh Starter and Bio-Sojabohnen for Tempeh. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. I received a confirmation email quickly, and the package arrived within 7 days, which was reasonable for an international shipment to Texas. The starter worked perfectly, and I was able to make a successful batch of tempeh on my first try. The bio-sojabohnen were also good quality. I appreciated the clear instructions provided with the starter. I had a small question about storage, and their customer service responded within a day. Everything was well-packaged. I'm pleased with the quality of the products and the overall experience.
Good quality, delivery could improve
I bought the Bio-Kombucha Starter Kit last month. The SCOBY was healthy and active, and the instructions were clear, which was great for a first-timer. My kombucha is brewing nicely. The delivery took 8 days to reach me in Florida, which felt a bit long, especially for a live culture. The packaging was secure though, and everything arrived intact. Overall, a solid product, but faster shipping would make it perfect.
Excellent value, great product
I was looking for a good deal on probiotics and decided to try the Darmkur Paket during their seasonal sale. The price was really competitive compared to other places I checked. The package included Probiotika Kapseln, Prรคbiotika Pulver, and Akazienfasern. I've been using them for a few weeks now and feel a noticeable difference. The shipping was free because of the order value, which was another saving. For the quality and quantity, this felt like a smart purchase and I'm very happy with the value.
Quick delivery, good product
Ordered Wasserkefir Kristalle. They arrived quickly in good condition. Started fermenting right away. No complaints.
Happy with my purchase
Got some Milchkefir Knollen from HeldenPilz and they arrived fresh. Started making kefir right away. It's been super easy and tastes good. Didn't have any issues, so that's a plus. Would definitely order from them again if I need more stuff.

How long does shipping usually take to Berlin? Need to know if I can get a kit before my holiday.
Does HeldenPilz ever do like, Black Friday sales or anything? Trying to save a few bucks on a bigger order.
Thinking of trying their probiotic capsules, but also saw some from Fairment. Anyone tried both and have a preference?
Hey, I'm thinking about getting one of their starter kits, maybe the kombucha one. Are their cultures actually good quality? Like, real organic and all that?
